Join us for our 20th Volume in DC, this Sunday! As usual, we'll be having a fun evening with presentations exploring Arab culture and history with two afikra FWDs presented by Abla Triki and Laila Mokhiber, as well as a feature presentation from Dania Shafei. This time we will be starting a little earlier than usual at 4:00 PM.

What do I have to bring? If it's at someone's house, please bring a beverage and/or snacks to share.

Can I invite friends? Absolutely. If you want to invite anyone, please have them RSVP so we can keep track of who is coming.

Can non-Arabs come? Of course! Everyone is welcome!!

What topics will people present on? Topics of presentations will vary widely. Some will be high brow, some low brow, some..erm..medium brow. They are on based on a curiosity that the presenter had related to Arab history and culture. The presentations are about showcasing and sharing what they found after spending some time looking into their curiosity.
